BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR SET FOR AUG. 12

NEPA Alliance Partnering with the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and WEDCO to Offer NEPA 101

      July 18, 2011 – The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is partnering with the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and Wayne Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO) to hold NEPA 101 on Friday, August 12, 2011 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the Wayne County Visitors Center Community Room, 32 Commercial Street, Honesdale.

      NEPA Alliance staff will provide information on Business Development Services available through NEPA, including:

·         Revolving Loan Fund Programs provide direct, fixed rate, affordable loans to numerous business sectors including industrial, service related, retail, manufacturing, agricultural, tourism related and more.

·         International Trade Program will provide an overview of the various services and programs available through NEPA to either enter or expand in international markets.

·         Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides one-on-one counseling and technical assistance to small businesses interested in the government marketplace.
